Does it matter what prgrm i use to oc my videocard?

Hi, right now i am using RivaTuner to overclock my videocard.

Sapphire Radeon 9100 128MB.250/200 @ 315/265

i wonder if i can use a different program like Powerstrip or Rage3D to achieve a higher clock rate?

I think that there's no way to get higher clock rates by changing overclocking-program.....i use rivatuner too..

hardwre does
if it wont go any higher in rivatuner, it wont go any higher in another program

i like Rivertuner, cuz when windows starts, it won't flick. but rage3d will. as i remember.
