Does it have USB 2.0

Go to Device Manager, and look in USB Controllers. If you see "Enhanced" controller it's USB 2.0. "Open" and "Universal" host controllers are non-2.0.
 
I checked my desktop which has USB 2.0 and it had OPEN, UNIVERSAL and ENHANCED drivers in device manager under USB. The laptop did not have ENHANCED so is that the sure way of telling if it has USB 2.0?
