Does Intel SDVO work with an external PCI Express graphics card simultaneously?

Hi, does anybody know if Intel SDVO ports work with an external PCI Express graphics card simultaneously?

For example, Aopen i945GTm-VHL mATX motherboard (Intel 945GT chipset with GMA 950) has onboard DVI and TV-out. DVI port is connected to the Chrontel 7307 SDVO device. Can I use this port with an external graphics card at the same time? What about onboard VGA + graphics card?

OK, I found the answer in Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family Datasheet.

The GMCH also has the capability to support external graphics accelerators via the PCI Express* Graphics (PEG) port but cannot work concurrently with the integrated graphics device.

So the answer to my question is no.

... but you can plug a special PCIE 1x TV tuner card into the PCIE 16x slot, whilst still using the integrated graphics.

TV tuner? Sounds like you misunderstood my question.

No I didn't ... you found your primary answer already, and I told you the only thing you can do with that PCIE-16x slot whilst using the chipset's graphics engine.
