As title. HP Pavilion 15-c3xxxx laptop. BIOS updated to most recent version. 08-16-2023

Virtual Technology Option was enabled in the BIOS, but no software can detect VT-d/VT-x

The info page on Intel website also says the CPU got virtual technology.

What's wrong?

So I can't install Android Subsystem for Windows. Once I did that, software can't detect VT-d or VT-x yet again!

I need to remove the Android subsystem to be able to use the tech.

Consider running bare metal Proxmox. The Windows system is killing me.

VT-d doesn't support multiple applications/services using it at the same time, that's why you have to make choices there.
