Question Does Hyper-V reduce the memory speed

I can't seems to able run memory 1600 Mhz with 14-14-14-14-1T if I enable Hypervisor in Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
The best I can do is 1461 Mhz with 14-14-14-1T
If I remove Hypervisor I can run 1600 Mhz with 14-14-14-1T
Did any ever come across this issue ?
This my WFH machine.
Hardware is as follow.
CPU= Ryzen 2700
Chipset =B350 MSI B350 TOMAHAWK
Mem= G skill Flare X F4-3200C14D
So weird! :confounded:
Any help or suggestion is welcomed

The memory controller is probably the weak link when you stress it in a virtual environment. Do you start having issues before or after starting the VM's?

I wonder if the Memory Integrity setting may be causing the issue.

In general, the higher speeds are considered an overclock and while the memory compatibility in Zen+ improved, it wasn't until Zen2 that it was really sorted out. Make sure you have the latest BIOS and drivers, otherwise back it down to something stable.

It was CPU
I am testing CPU for my Son, It can handle the speed just fine
