Does Hyper Threading get used...

I7 is not a good test case to see if HTT does anything it's too overpowered to see any differences.
Look at the i3-6100 though, practically the same as the haswell i5-4670k, HTT in full effect.

Wrong comparison tho, you need to compare generation vs generation (4330 vs 4670). Seems skylake arch has real-world performance gains in newer games.
 
The question was if HT is getting used, not if the i3 can match the same generation's i5.
Although even compared to the i5-6600 (turbo up to 3.9Ghz) it's only 10FPS slower so HT is definitely working(it's ass off)
 
Ah you're right, I sort of interpreted this question "are these games multi-thread sensitive", which in most cases also mean HT sensitive.
