Does Hp use thermal glue?

Does Hp use thermal glue? I want to change my mobo to something sli, and I wanted to know if i will run in to probs with thermal glue? Or do they use grease?

I worked at an HP plant and never seen any thermal adhesive used. Only time it was ever install is if the video card or RAID adapter had a heat sink mounted and was mostly third party before assembly. BTW, what plant were you at?

wow exceeds expectations. That's pretty nice. no wonder my cpu runs decently cool in a crappy 1 fan vented case.
 
All the CPU coolers we used had that thermal tape or a preset amount of paste which was too little to keep a prescott cool.
