Does hotmail keep a history of sent emails?

I filled out this stupid webform that was submitted via email. But IE wouldn't accept my (admittedly really old) version of Eudora as an email program....so I set it to send it in through hotmail. It's been almost a week and no reply, and I want to verify that it was actually sent before I send a new one.

So does hotmail keep track of sent email?

I think for all the thymes I've seen Noriaki post help for people, he's entitled to stretch it to ask if hotmail keeps sent mail on its HARDWARE servers. It's really not a big deal.

And to answer your question, I don't think they do. Hit a folders button and see maybe. Microsoft doesn't want to have to put all those emails on their own servers, which is why POP mail is usually a better choice.

the only way to know is if you have it selected to save sent mail. there is a thing under preferences or something like that. option says &quot;save outgoing mail?&quot; or around that. no way to view it post facto, sorry

It's not Hardware, it's not AT New or Articles, it's not OS, it's not For Sale/Trade, it's not a Hot Deal, it's not about Cases, Cooling, Video, CPUs...etc etc.

When you compose your message, there's also a check box that lets you save the message to Sent Folder...

The post is not about Eudora.
Hotmail is a webpage. That's as much hardware as it is software.
That webserver can't exactly run without a machine.

If the mods don't like it, they'll move it.
You can shut up.

Some funny sh*t here, always some asshole who doesn't mind his own business.
Anyways Nori, I don't think that Hotmail keeps a copy of sent mails unless you set it to, I use outlook express with hotmail so it keeps a copy of all sent mails, but through the website it wont unless you set it yourself. I guess you should just re-send it again.
