Does Hollywood+ DVD Decoder Cards work for all vid cards? What about integrated video? i.e. KM133

Yes it does. You plug your videocard into the H+ and then there is a cord that connects the H+ to your monitor. If you run at high resolutions it degrades quality, but otherwise it is acceptable. You don't need this pass-thru cable if you're just going to output to a TV though (only if you want to watch a DVD on your monitor).
