Probability wise I would say you are safe. Actually I think my paypal stats are about the same as you had described above.😛Originally posted by: dvdrdiscs

Well obviously given the right circumstances but we're talking about probability here 😛

Yeah...generally I ship to unverified addresses if they can prove they've paid 10 verified buyers before no problem. There's still problems with hijacked accounts but I figure the chances of someone going to such great lengths to defraud me are not so great. Usually if you talk to someone internationally and they seem sketchy, tell them you want to make sure they have 20 positive feedbacks with no negatives, and also see that they've paid verified people before. If it's fraudulent, they won't respond. Almost all legit ebayers from different countries will ask you to declare the item as a gift or repair under warranty merchandise. If they ask this it shows that they care how much they're going to have to pay to get their merchandise, whereas in a fraudulent transaction they could care less.

First and foremost if the guy is international DO NOT sell to him or her. I would never sell to anyone international. I could not care if the person has 100 positive feedbacks. I only sell to within the US of A. I suggest you do the same.
