Does HGTV play different shows in each region specific to that area?

I tend to default to HGTV when nothing else is on lately and find it odd that a large percentage of the shows seem to take place in the Atlanta area, which is where I live.

They don't ever say anything about it being specific to the region/city you happen to be in so I'm not sure if they just happen to do a lot of stuff in Atlanta or what.

Like the show that's on right now, Curb Appeal the Block, in Atlanta.

I fucking doubt it. HELLADOUBT IT. They've never done a single thing that is anywhere in the Northwest from what I've seen.

They do it by country to some extent (Holmes Inspector is only shown in canada) but thats about all I know of

I think some shows have geographical areas they tend to work out of
