Does having extra user accounts on Windows slow anything down?

I have extra user accounts/ log ins on my PC will that slow down the system in anyway? This is with only ONE account logged in, will it affect system performance or anything?

yes it does. I know I had 3 extra accounts I ran 3dmark03 i got a 10,262 then i deleated all the accounts did it again now i got 11,245
