Does "Goose Down Comforter" Feel Like Silk/Satin?

I typed in "Silk Comforter" in search and some of these came up. that one looks good, but im confused, says nothing about silk, does the outside of the comforter feel satin/silk like or just like a regular down comforter? 😕
 
Goose down just refers to the filling. The exterior could be many different types of cloth. In this case, it's "800-thread-count hypoallergenic fabric in 100-percent cotton with a damask cabana stripe"

Thread count tells you how soft the sheets are. The higher the thread count, the softer the sheets.
