Think about it. Back in the day when there were just a few million people God used to show up as a burning bush, or a vision to a single person. That worked pretty good for the relatively small number of people.

But today there are billions and billions of people.

What better way to get the holy word out than on social media?

Has anyone done a scientific study to see if there are messages from God hidden on Twitter?

On a forum like anandtech I sometimes see posts by users I never heard of yet those people have made thousands of posts. I try searching for other posts they have made but the search function mysteriously fails to work.

I have to believe that God would be computer literate. He was at the cutting edge back in "biblical times". His engineering design skills show in the plans he gave Noah for the Ark. I have to believe that by now God is using CAD.

So, has God contacted you or someone you know via Twitter?

How do you do scientific studies to see if an imaginary, mythical creature used a bit of modern technology?

To begin with, IF this "all-powerful, omnipotent being" existed, don't you think he/she/it would be smart enough to hide his true identity? Wouldn't he be able to post without having to use a mere computer?

The Devil invented CAD. Why would this "God" use a piece of software from his competition?

edit: Nvm, apparently he was explicitly referencing YHWH of the Bible.

More importantly if there was a all-powerful, omnipotent being wouldn't he be able to find a better way of getting his word out then posting on a forum where we can't determine if it is real of a Poe?
 
God doesn't need to get any message out to the people. It's already be spread for centuries. It reads "Kill the infidels".
