Does gmail have an attachment limit?

I want to send a 1.5GB zip file to my gmail account, what is the best way? I was going to just email it to myself.
 
Use the gspace attachment for firefox. It lets you use gmail as a drive. You just pick what you want to upload and it sends the emails and attachments to your own account automatically.

but there is still the 10MB limit. same with the gdrive that you can download that put the gmail drive in my computer. it's nice, but there is still the 10MB limit.
