Does Gigabyte p35-DS3 support memory hole remapping and 4 GB RAM?

I'm wondering if the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 supports memory hole remapping. I read somewhere that someone was running 4 GB memory on this board and did see all of the 4 GB RAM in windows without using any remapping settings in the BIOS. Does the DS3 have auto remapping? I am planning to use this board with 4 GB memory.
