I know Freesync is not supported by Nvidia on Windows 7, but I was wondering what the situation was on Radeon cards. I use Windows 7 occasionally even though I predominately use Windows 10, so it would be nice to have Freesync functionality in both. Unfortunately I don't currently own any compatible Radeon cards to test it for myself so I was wondering if anyone else knew.
I searched and saw one post that stated WDDM 2.0 is required for Freesync to work but another post said that it worked in Windows 8 with Windows 7 drivers so I'm not sure.
