Does Flight Simulator Ten work in both DX10 and DX9?

If I have Microsoft Flight Simulator Ten playing in Direct X 9 mode and I want to play it in Vista in Direct X 10 mode, can I use that same set of disks? Thanks.

Rephrase the question; I think I may be interpreting it incorrectly. Are you saying at the same time, or are you wondering if you CAN run it in DX10 on Vista?
Also, FSX in DX10 blows my frikkin mind.

FSX doesn't currently support DX10. Support will be released in a patch. However, you can play it in Dx9 mode under Vista for now.
