Does eVGA do cross-ship?

Yes, I believe they do offer cross-shipping, but I am not exactly sure how the process works. Their site claims that they do not offer it in the RMA terms and conditions, but that is outdated information, as they started to offer it just recently.

I need to RMA my 7800GT, and need to know, how do I pay for shipping, and about how much will that cost? Has anyone has experience with them?
