You must have been really stretching it before if you can't afford the extra $6. That's what, 20 cents a day? Surely there's something you can cut by a small amount... Do you drink? Smoke? Hire cheap hookers? Do you buy a candy bar every other day? Cut that out, & you'll have your $6.

Lay out your budget carefully, & figure out where to cut the $6 from. My guess is that somewhere will be a lot smaller difference than going from cable back to dialup.

Don't complain-there are those of us who can't get either cable or DSL (in Connecticut, no less).

Damn Bastards at ATT!!!

Looks like I should shop for a cheap cable modem from the Flea market and stop leaseing the modem from them!

Damn...broadband is actually cheaper in Canada ($40/mo for cable... or $40/mo for DSL including modem rental)...then do the currency conversion and its around $25 US.

Yeah I am sorry you can't afford an extra 6$ a month. You could goto the airport and put the carts back, they give like 25 cents a card. Thats more then enough ;)

For $45/month, it's still a great price! I'm sure people would still get it (at least in my area) if it was double that since there's no DSL or another cable company in my area.
