Does everybody have a little lump thing on the right side of their throat area. Way down by the collar bone there seems to be a little hard thing on the right side only, not on the left. Could this be b/c I have a sore throat right now? Could this mean that I am actually more gifted than even I could have imagined?

lymph node...if you're sick or were just sick, likely it's just swollen up a bit.

Edit:

Or it could be a tumah.

No, most people are symmetrical.

Most people keep their heart a little bit more on one side of their body than the other...

My left ball is lower than my right.

Along those lines, isnt the left lung slightly smaller than the right?

lol, it would be badass if our left side was a carbon copy of the right... 2 hearts... redundancy!

Edit: lmao, I read my post like 5 times and didn't catch the typo.

Yeah, I've always wondered why we have 2 of some organs but only 1 of others. I'm sure there's some good evolutionary reason, but it still seems odd.

When you say it's hard, do you mean it feels like say a pebble under your skin? Is it sore to the touch? Have you only noticed it since you've had the sore throat?

Yes, like a pebble under my skin by the front of my throat. Now it could be a gland or lymph node, but it would seem out of place since there is not one on my left side. It isn't territbly sore to the touch right now. I'll have to wait and see when my sore throat clears up if it is still there perhaps?

So see a freakin' doctor.

No, you are not supposed to have tumors around important parts of the body.

It could be related to the sore throat, but it could also be a simple cyst. There are hundreds of kinds of cysts and they're not dangerous except that they can get infected. One other thing to check for is whether or not the lump is moveable (feels like it's rolling around under the skin when you rub it) or if it feels like it's anchored to the tissue. Most cysts are hard like you described and have that moveable feel to them.

Because the lump is located in an area so close to the lymph nodes though, it would be a good idea to have a doctor check it out. It's probably nothing to worrry about, but any kind of lump in that area should be looked at by a doctor.

Cancer sure does love the neck area doesn't it.

Weird like that. Its almost like if you have cancer somewhere else, the neck area is always affected and tumors and malignant cysts develop.

see a freakin' doctor.
