I've noticed at all of the places I've worked there is always 1 person that always has the major "f*ck it attitude". . .

They are generally a senior employee, burned out, and trying to drag the rest down with them. . .

Is this a good observation?

Tell your story. . .

You have to define "f*ck it" attitude.

"F*ck it, i'm not gonna spend any time on this"
"F*ck it, I don't care if this works or not"
"F*ck it, I don't care if I piss everybody else"
"F*ck it, I'm gonna do what I want and not worry about consequences"

Actually it would be the "Frack em all, let god sort em out" attitude and the "Frack em all I'm not going to be a team member, I've done this for umpteen years - and by golly I'll continue to do it this way despite ruining everyone elses day". . .

But all the others could certainly apply

This individual is created by the system. The system is defined as the thought process of the modern day corporate workforce that, instead of punishing those that do poorly, punishes those that do good by continually dumping more and more work onto them until they burn out. All the while, promoting the fvckups into positions where they cannot break something but hold everyone underneath them back.

I hope you leave enough space in your stomach, because I'm going to ram my fist into it!

i have one of those 'f*ck this, f*ck that, i aint doing this' people. then when upper management comes around, they clam up and take it up the tailpipe. does that count?

I've noticed there is an office pretty-boy. The guy who is 35+ who things he's a Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise. Would he be the metro-sexual Terminator?
