My man titties are regrowing from beer sadly.

Blame work - 10+ hours of sitting on my ass. It's a side affect of my paycheck growing...

Loser. Don't buy sad beer.

PETA approves so you should get motivated.

Oh no. It's happy beer. Barrel aged 12.5% beer. It makes me happy. But the side affect is man titties.... Well, at least the beer gut. I've kept the titties suppressed since I had a huge weight loss in college.

Pretty sure I need your TX address so I can see about your ...problem.

;)

Or you could ship me that sad beer. Company, I'll keep it.

On a brighter note: suck it up, exercise and the diabetic diet. But you already know that.

Just found out that I've made 2K visits to my university gym. OMGWTFBBQ 2 thousand????

<----poster child diet>>>>exercise.

Come by Houston anytime, I'll /beer you - buy you one at a bar or open up some nice ones I have stashed away. I know I live pretty damn close to Paratus on the South east side.

But yeah as far as weight loss - for me it isn't any one thing. It's ROUTINE. If I can maintain a standardized routine (e.g. Wake up at X o'clock, work out at x o'clock, eat lunch/dinner at x o'clock) then I can maintain it easily. The problem is that women and kids get in the way of routine.... In every single way. Want to eat the same thing every night? NOPE! Want to get a workout in real quick? LOL Nope.

I wish it was just an excuse. As a former fatty I grew up all through grade school until I was ~ 330lb. All through 1st grade through high school and even through community college.

Then in college after going to university I somehow snapped (*cough* saw college chicks on a daily basis*cough*) and magically was able to change my routine. I had my standard class schedule, I learned to eat at certain interval times - I ate the same thing daily. Never got tired of it. Dropped to ~170lbs.

Easily maintained it while single and out of college.

Got married, all of sudden eating the same thing isn't good enough. Need I say more?

nah i'm just going to tell them that they're an idiot

I thought there was some scientific research behind soy and estrogen levels? I'm not a vegan to care to research such - but if If that's incorrect I'd be genuinely curious to see an opposing view of it.

:D

Something about soy being fermented vs. not. Nasty lib soy isn't.

I don't know or care other than a discussion....

One of the guys at my gym recently had to get surgery to remove the fatty tissue from gynecomastia due to past steroid use.

Aromatase inhibitors would block the peripheral conversion of testosterone to estrogen, but they don't stop the feedback inhibition axis suppression.
