Does Epoxy Conduct?

Im glue a heat sink onto my southbridge (for fun) and i dont much trust the thermal glue stuff, if i put ome epxy on there and it somehow got onto the mobo, would it scrwe it all up? Thanks
 
Standard epoxy is non-conductive. I can't really comment on whether gluing a heatsink to the southbridge chip is a good idea or not though.
