Does Epox 8RDA+ support pc2100 ram?

Yes it supports PC2100 ram, you can even run it comfortably at CAS2 (if the RAM chip supports it)

As for your PSU, nothing is "too much", but there's defintaly overkill... lol

On the PSU, make sure to check your 5 volt rail. I had an enermax 430watt that had a very low 5volt and it caused my system to CRAWL! Replaced with a 350 and all is well again.
