does emule have a memory leak?

When I first booted up my computer, it said I had about 330 or so MB of free RAM. Two days later, I am down to about 75 MB and the only program that has been running for the whole 2 days is emule. Does this program have a memory leak, or has anyone else noticed this? Right now it is sitting at about 38MB usage, with the max usage at 39MB. That seems like a lot of memory for that type of program to use, but I haven't really done a comparison or anything.
 
The latest version lets you control the memory usage. I think emule uses up more memory depending on how many streams you have going.
