does E-MAC (multimedia art communication) require CAD?

WTF are you talking about? As far as I know, eMac is a computer Apple sells to school. If it's an art degree why the hell would it require you to know drafting?

I would think that engineering CAD programs are WAY too much computing power for multimedia art communication (whatever exactly that is). CAD is no longer Computer Aided Drafting, btw. The D is for Design. Anyway, if you did need to know CAD for the major, which I seriously doubt, they would teach it to you. Engineering curriculums do not even require you to have some CAD as a prereq.

Honestly, you don't really need to know anything for ANY major, besides a high school education. That's why you're going to school, to learn.
