Does DS wifi work in Airports?

I don't see why it would be different at the airport than any other wifi connection. it should work fine.
 
i got mine to work going through portland intern'l airport and in sacramento as well. both were unsecured networks and my DS fired right up and i played clubhouse games on it at the time.
