Does Display Adapter and Network Controller IRQ sharing affects the Graphic card performance?

they are both on the same IRQ and I cannot change that, other settings make IRQ conflicts with the other devices so this is the only way, but does it degrade the performance?

if you're using win2k then it is fine since that's the way thing supposed to work.
for win9x, I dunno never use them.
