does dishnetwork use standard coax cable?

and extend the wires. I have no idea how dish network works - can I get standard Co ax cable from home depot (plus a joiner), or do I need to get something with dish network in mind?

Just make sure it's RG6 and not RG59.

RG6 and 2GHZ+ rated I think?

it should say 'sweep tested 2+GHz' or something like that, seems like there's 1GHz, 2GHz, 3.5GHz, 4.5GHz+

the cable that runs from our dish to the dish receiver is 'laser digital' brand and says 2250MHz 75Ohm 18AWG
