Say if I have a charge on my visa card and I want to charge it to my discover instead. If I do a balance transfer (is this what it's called) so that it charges my discover instead, will there be any fees for this? How do I do this?
 
Yes, it's a balance transfer, and there is typically an up-front fee on these. Why don't you just call Discover and ask?
