does DHL hand off to USPS?

i ordered something from ebay. i picked normal shipping to my surprize i see DHL and tracking, that tracking says its shipped to where it needs to be... but i haven't gotten that package. So i look at it again and now i'm thinking its going thru USPS and it should take another 3-4 days till i get it... am i right?
