Does Dell's LCD 1900FP (or 2000FP), pivot? (Dell doesn't know)

Does anyone know if the Dell 1900FP 19" LCD pivots, e.g. rotate by 90"? It looks like the Samsung 191T, which does pivot, but I'm not sure abou this Dell. And I can't get through to the Dell's support, they keep asking me to enter my PC's model number and stuff. And their sales reps are clueless!!!

Also, does anyone know if their 20" LCD, 2000FP, pivots?

Thanks in advance!

ok after searching dell's site the only version that actually states that it tilts is this (20 inch lcd) VIEWSONIC VP201mb 20.1" Multimedia LCD Display >Rotating screen, OptiSync, ViewMatch, OnView so i assume since the 2000fp lists this:This monitor has a wider viewing angle, which allows users to view the screen from various positions without compromising image quality. and no mention of a pivotable screen my guess is no it doesn't

also the tech specs:

Dell 2000fp definitely does not pivot, although i've heard that it's the same panel as the viewsonic 201mb
(I have the 2000fp)

there are some advantages though - it's cheaper, it looks nicer (imo), and it has 4 inputs (dvi, vga, composite, svideo)

I've had the 1900FP and have the 2000FP now. Neither pivots, but both can tilt.

Thanks, guys.

P.S. Dell people are weak. How can they not know the specs?!

you mean portrait mode? no, they don't do that.

dell people don't know because most dell sales people have never seen the thing and are reading specs. if you don't see it on the website you're not going to get it out of the average dell sales person.
