ok after searching dell's site the only version that actually states that it tilts is this (20 inch lcd) VIEWSONIC VP201mb 20.1" Multimedia LCD Display >Rotating screen, OptiSync, ViewMatch, OnView so i assume since the 2000fp lists this:This monitor has a wider viewing angle, which allows users to view the screen from various positions without compromising image quality. and no mention of a pivotable screen my guess is no it doesn't
