Does Dell offer a price garantee??

Basically, I bought a Dell 9100 that I received last week. Now, my total price was 2885$ canadian. This week, the exact same laptop is 2712$ canadian BUT it comes with a free 15GB Dell jukebox. Now, I dont care for the 170$ less it costs, but I want the jukebox. Is there a way for me to get it, can I call Dell or would I need to return it using the full satisfaction garantee??
 
Call a CSR and talk to them....You could always tell them you wanna send yours back and order with the current deal to get the Juk Box....Maybe they will just send it too you instead of the hassle of return reorder etc.
 
Yeah, call Dell. They always will go out of their way to avoid a return.

Ask them to sent you the Juke box AND refund the difference, which they most likely will if you tell them you would return your current unit and reorder the new set.
