If you purchased from their Small Business section, they charge sales tax in 50 states.

Farfax, the order said it would take 2-3 weeks. 2 days later it was delivered. Amusingly
I found out it too longer to go from the Dell Warehouse to the UPS processing center than it would
have taken to go from the warehouse to deliever location.
