Does Dell have a non toll free number?

Does anyone know if Dell (their sales) has a non toll free number I can call? I need to resolve issues with my order before it can go through and I'm outside of the US.

I don't know why Dell doesn't put them on the Contact Us page where they belong...

by the way that link looks like its for some federal program or something. but all you really need is an "in" to their phone system. then you can request to be transferred wherever your heart desires.

I tried that, called Dell in Denmark and they told me they couldn't transfer me to the US Sales department.

If it's a small business order, my last one had the following in the confirmation email:

"You can also contact us by sending an e-mail to SMB_onlineorder_resolution@dell.com, we will respond within 2 business hours. Or call 1-877-284-3355, option 4, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. CST."
