I think they do, but I can't find any links or information on it. I want to apply for one to buy a laptop.

Not a charge card per se, but they extend a line of credit, which can be used to purchase their equpment.
 
Yup, my wife has one, but I took it and hid it cause its trouble. Its not like a regular charge card, just their own private charge card through some no-name bank.
 
No but they offer financing through Dell Financial Services.

IMHO you're better off using an actual VISA/MasterCard because:
1) Promo offers like 0% for 12 months
2) Earn points, rewards, % rebates
3) FREE 1 year extended warranty coverage
