Does Dell Charge a restocking fee on items that are refused for delivery?

I think they would be well within their rights to charge the restocking fee.

They might waive it for you if you purchase something else or if you buy a lot of stuff from them. I went through a tear for a bit buying stuff from them and I ordered the wrong item a few times and they didn't charge a restocking fee even though they could.
