Does DDR500 work in a8n-sli premium?

what is the highest memory you can put in an a8n-sli premium? People have told me pc3200, pc4000, etc. I still have no idea. I dont want to buy ddr500 and come to find out it only takes ddr400....
 
Well my mobo has setting for the ram and they go up to 600 mhz... does that mean it supports up to ddr600? Would it be wise to buy ddr500?
