Question Does ddr4 ram speed matter with the latest and greatest processors ?

Depends on the specific CPU, what exactly you're doing, and how you define "matters". It's hardly going to make a difference to checking your email. It could make a definite difference doing rendering, transcoding, gaming, etc.

Really depends on your workload. Some things like bandwidth, others latency and still others a combination of both.

Generally, more RAM is better then faster RAM.

Yeah I am a believer in more (moar?) is better than speed. Seems anything greater than 3000 performs nearly the same in real world usage. Synthetic tests will show a difference.

On a Ryzen 5000 series with SAM access with your 6000 series Radeon GPU... Definitely Yes....
