Does cs_militia make CS crash? (9500/9700 users)

Two of my friends both have similar rigs. One has a Gigabyte s939 board with an A64 3000+ and a Radeon 9500, the other has an Epox 8KDA3+ s754 with a Sempron 2800+ and a Radeon 9500. Both have their cards softmodded via Omega's Radeon drivers, and both of their systems will crash back to desktop when playing CS on the new map cs_militia (which looks amazing BTW) when they fly over the stream flowing through the counter terrorists area.

I don't know which version of the Omega's they are using, but I will get that from them when they both get off work later tonight. I was just merely curious if anyone else with a Radeon 9500/9700 has had this problem.

I'm thinking it may be a driver bug that can be cured by upgrading to the latest, but potentially there is something about the map that does not like their softmod. Thoughts, comments? Has this happened to you?

I have a sapphire 9600xt atlantis with 512mb and my fps hit mid 20's outside.. has not crashed on me yet though. 5.13 drivers*

Yeah, they get about 30fps outside at 10x7, but then once they fly/walk by the water, boom to desktop
