does coolbits overclock both graphics cards? or only one?

right now i'm running two 6800 ultra's in SLI, and i have been messing around with overclocking them and such.. and i was wondering if coolbits overclocks both or not. i was thinkging it would... but for some reason i feel it might not be. if its not, does anyone know how to get it to overclock both.
