Does Class Wizard exist in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003?

I've been looking at some MFC C++ tutorials, and they all seem geared toward Visual C++ 6.0; I found that I can replicate some functionality of the VC++ 6.0 Class Wizard in VS.NET 2003, but not a lot of it. Am I missing something? Thanks all.
