That's one of the reasons I left Cingular. Their website is so hit-an-miss for availability, it's not even close to funny.

i only have 2 complaints since i've been with cingular... the website (which in the last yr has not really been that much of an issue until now) and the way they bill (I felt it was not intuitive, but whatever). I use my cell all the time and with regards to actual usage... it's great. I would not switch to another carrier based on "my" complaints.

cingular.com is perhaps the worst cellular site i have used. That was a main reason why i switched to verizon; at least their online billpay works consistently.

funny i didnt like verizon's online bill pay, they updated the information so late that sometimes i paid them more than i needed to. of course the extra that i paid went into the next billing cycle.

ATTWS online billing also sucks, you never know when the bill is due.
