I need a bord for a socket 370 433 celery. Does the chipset matter or am i limited to 440bx or 810 or something? What's the best on for the best price? Any recomendations?

lx, zx, bx, 810, 820, 840, and Via Apollo Pro boards can all run celerons. But if I were you, i'd get a zx or bx.

If you follow EngineNr9's advice, make sure to get a Slot-1 board, and then use a slot1-ppga adaptor (slocket). The chip will not work in a normail socket370 (fcpga) board. Why intel shafted us with two socket370's, I'll never know.

Hey, now, what socket 370 board doesn't support fcpga celerons? First I heard of this! *confident I misunderstood his statement*

Most support FC-PGA now. Some older ones only handle PPGA and not FC-PGA.

Well, if you are just getting the board for that chip you might get a good deal on an older 810 based board. I got one recently for 40 bucks including shipping. That would have built in agp graphics and it should handle that chip fine. If you want to get a board for other chips, you probably would have to spend more. But then you would have to dispose of your chip, since you would be using the board for the newer/better/faster chip in the future. If you work it out... you are better off getting the cheaper 810 board now for 40 bucks or so. since an newer 815 based board will cost 140-150 bucks now and by the time you would get a newer chip they would be cheaper by more than 40 bucks. I got my 810 board (an asus) from egghead auctions. Paid 31 bucks, 9 buck shipping. I still see them for sale now and then under "upgrades" and then "motherboards"
