But it seems that they sentence should be more harsh, that phsyical damages should be added to the charges.
One implies the other.
FWIW, physical injury is an aggravating factor for rape in most jurisdictions.
Physical injury in what sense tho?

Strangling, choking, bruising, forced entry...I could go on, but I'd rather not. What do you mean by "in what sense"? Physical injury is physical injury.

Thank you for your understanding... Sorry if I acted like an immature arsehole.🙁

Likewise

🙂. Anyways, I believe that the sentence for child rape should be life without possibilty, regardless of physical damage. What a man does to a young girl should not affect the judgement of the court. The fact that he has been proven guilty should suffice.

Oh no. Not at all. I dont think they should be sentenced to life without parole. On that we'll have to disagree.

They need to be sentenced to death at Specs hands. While the punishment wouldnt last nearly as long as "life without parole", it would be far, far more painful.

Strangling, choking, bruising,
But wouldn't those fall under a different charge. For example, say a rapist has a gun pointed at the victim's head, wouldn't that be filed under assault with a deadly weapon? By physical damage, I'm only talking about those injuries as a result of penetration (e.g., tearing).
