Want to buy a new mobo for Athlon 64 X2 processor. Does Chaintech VNF4/VNF4 Ultra support this processor?

It was recommended by one of the mobo buying threads here at ANandtech. Also the deal on Tigerdirect is decent.
The other board that I had in mind was Abit AN8 SLI -- but I am more and more leaning towards buying the Chaintech, since I doubt I will use the SLI capability on the Abit mobo.
Any inputs will be appreciated.
