This correlation has been tested many, many times and there is not a meaningful relationship between the two variables. People with microcephaly have low IQs, but that's a pathological condition.

I don't precisely know my IQ score or my cephalic index. My head circumference is average. My IQ is probably pretty damn low or else I wouldn't need my abilify.
