Does Carbonite run if logged off?

I'm installing Carbonite on a Windows Home Server 2011 machine to back up the data. Normally that machine isn't logged on. Anyone know if Carbonite will keep running if I Log Off the machine and just leave it at a login prompt?

Check services.msc
If Carbonite runs as a service, it runs without users logged on.
