Does capitalism lead to socialism

I am a liberal and if elected I will require every other liberal and everybody else to have, own, and take self defense classes and gun safety classes for a cost covering plus. This will include psychiatric evaluation tests. Would this help eliviate gun grabbing fear or should I be put away as potentially dangerous? I have a bunch of guns myself that are buried deep in the piles of stuff I’ve horded over the years.
